Safety & Operations

Safety is the foundation of every journey.

Our operations are governed by a structured Health, Safety and Compliance framework — beginning at recruitment and continuing through daily dispatch, on-road monitoring and post-trip review.

Discipline

Every trip

Our Philosophy

Four commitments that govern every kilometre.

We do not treat safety as a slogan. It is the operating framework that determines who drives, what they drive, and how the run is planned.

Fleet integrity

Preventive maintenance, daily pre-trip checks and regular tyre and brake inspections — the vehicle is ready before the driver is.

Driver discipline

UAE-licensed drivers, defensive-driving training and hours-of-service governance — professional conduct is the standard, not the exception.

Cargo protection

Load securing, temperature monitoring for chilled and frozen loads and chain-of-custody documentation from collection to hand-off.

Regulatory compliance

RTA registration, third-party insurance and adherence to UAE traffic law on every route we run.

Operational Discipline

How a JAR Cargo journey is run.

Four stages, one standard. The same discipline applies to a one-off delivery and a long-term corporate contract.

Before transport

Stage 01

The run is planned before the truck leaves the yard.

  • Understand the cargo type, sensitivity and approximate volume
  • Confirm collection and delivery addresses, contacts and access notes
  • Review timing windows and any site restrictions
  • Select a suitable vehicle — 1-ton, 3-ton, 7-ton, chiller or freezer
  • Complete daily pre-trip vehicle checks
  • Brief the driver on the route and hand-off requirements

During transport

Stage 02

Professional coordination from pickup to arrival.

  • Clear communication between dispatch, driver and customer contacts
  • Responsible driving in line with UAE traffic law and defensive-driving training
  • Temperature discipline held throughout chilled and frozen runs
  • Route coordination when access, timing or receiving windows change
  • Delivery updates coordinated through our 24 / 7 dispatch centre

Loading & handling

Stage 03

Cargo is positioned and secured — not simply loaded.

  • Cargo positioning to keep loads stable through the journey
  • Load securing using appropriate straps, dunnage or restraints
  • Handling coordination with the customer’s pickup team
  • Customer-provided packaging is respected and kept intact
  • Temperature bands maintained from loading to unloading on cold-chain runs

Please noteWe do not provide specialist packing, crating or mechanical lifting services. Please advise if these are required — we are happy to coordinate with a suitable specialist.

Delivery completion

Stage 04

Arrival, unloading and hand-off — coordinated, not rushed.

  • Arrival coordinated with the delivery site contact
  • Access, parking and unloading arrangements confirmed on arrival
  • Hand-off performed against the agreed delivery instructions
  • Chain-of-custody documentation completed for the run
  • Service completion confirmed with the customer
Working Together

Accurate information at enquiry protects your cargo, keeps the quotation realistic and lets us dispatch the right vehicle first time.

Accurate cargo description

What the shipment is, and whether it is fragile, chilled, frozen or otherwise sensitive.

Quantity or approximate size

Number of pallets, cartons or units — and rough dimensions or weight if known.

Pickup and delivery locations

Full addresses, with landmarks or building names where helpful.

Site access details

Loading dock, ramp, lift, timing windows and any restrictions on vehicle size.

Preferred timing

Requested collection date and delivery window, and any hard deadlines.

Special handling information

Temperature band, orientation, stacking limits or documentation requirements.

Discuss Your Cargo

Tell us about the run. We will plan it responsibly.
